Working closely with those at director level within this national social welfare charity, you will be someone keen to build partnership relationships within the NHS, children’s centres and the civil service.

The following skills and experience are essential:

You will have sound sales skills and key account management skills and the ability to negotiate sound contracts within not for profit organisations.

You will be quick to build good relationships and have a good knowledge of the culture and structure of the health service.

Customer relationship skills and the ability to build rapport, persuade, influence and develop relationships with staff of partnership organisations and volunteers will be key to success within the post.

Innovative with the ability to spot opportunities for working in partnership to further the public benefit objectives of the charity

The following skills and experience are desirable:

A good knowledge of the NHS and of the development of Children’s Centres

Prepared to travel UK wide

Access at some weekends and evenings

Travel across the UK will make the role exciting and varied and you will relish the opportunity to meet challenging targets.
