ur client is an ever growing London based Housing Association with multiple sites accross London and this specific role based in Rotherhithe.

They are looking to recuit a Non Resident Estate Supervisor on an ongoing Temporary basis to start ASAP. The main purporse and responsilities of the role are to maintain and enhance standards so that the Estate continues to be a desirable and attractive place to live and work.

We are looking for  candidates to carry out high quality estate services over a designated range of properties, to monitor any cleaning/gardening contracts in operation and report back on performance, ensure planned and reactive maintenance work is carried our through the clients Property and Technicalk services section, act as an information and advice point for residents, regularly communicate with residents on issues or concerns contributing where necessary.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven ability and previous experience in a similar role and have a current CRB.
