We require a Neighbourhood C-ordinator to supervise the day-to-day provision of an effective support, control and administrative service to the Neighbourhood and Community Safety Teams working with one of Londons Specialist trust and general Charity.

Your main responsibilities will be to oversee a full administrative function for the regional team. To be the operational point of contact for the team, co-ordinating activity to ensure seamless client service is provided, to deputise for the Neighborhood Client Manager where necessary, including the production of management information, recommending improvements to service as appropriate, assisting with the Diary Management, taking minutes at meetings, assist in monitoring performance by all relevant staff and budgets.

The successful candidate will have to be truley Customer focused with an emphasis on resolving customer complaints, a minimum of two years customer service work with a further experience of Management.
