We are looking for someone who wants to share the life-changing experience of taking a sabbatical and, in doing so, become our sabbatical expert building a fantastic reputation for QUEST within organisations and clubs, among life coaches, HR personnel and many more. You will tell people about the benefits of a sabbatical and volunteering overseas, talk them through any concerns they may have about leaving their life in the UK, help them make the most of their sabbatical and help them choose the perfect sabbatical with QUEST.

The most important thing we are looking for is a passion for sabbaticals and volunteering.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Identifying prospective sabbatical clients and explaining why they should take a sabbatical

with QUEST and, in doing so, meet monthly sales targets

• Building a reputation as QUEST’s Sabbatical expert

• Building a good understanding of all of Quest Sabbaticals Projects, Placements and

Explorers to ensure that the correct products are matched to the correct clients and that

client expectations are met

• Organising & running meetings, presentations, talks & open days

• Building and maintaining relationships with key companies, personnel & organisations

• Answering all enquiries from potential Sabbaticals clients

• Working with the Marketing Manager to build targeted marketing campaigns

• Working with Operations Managers to develop new products suited to the Sabbaticals

market

• Ability to work under pressure, use initiative, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.


PS – When we say Sabbatical clients we mean people usually aged 25-60
