The Centre for International Health and Development (CIHD) is internationally recognised for its promotion of health, development, nutrition and welfare through research, teaching, consultancy and advocacy.CIHD is based in the UCL Institute of Child Health and offers a variety of postgraduate taught degrees in Global Health and Development (with the option of a pathway in disability) and International Child Health (with the option of a pathway in Mother and Child Health). Candidates can opt to study one year full time, two years part time or two - five years as a flexible learning student. In addition CIHD also offers postgraduate modules as taster courses for UCL credit as well as non accredited short courses.
