Booking conditions and cancellation policy

By booking through our online system, you are registering as a paying delegate for the CHARITY COMMUNICATIONS '08 conference.

Payment must be made within 30 days of booking, and in full before the conference date. Unpaid delegates will not be admitted.

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome. You can make changes to your booking online at www.charitycommunications.co.uk

All cancellations must be made via our online booking system. A £50 (+vat) administration fee will be payable for all canceled places. No refunds can be made for cancelations made within one week of the event or for non-attendance at the event.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, speakers or timings of the events. Change Events Ltd will not accept liability for transport disruption or individual transport disruption.

All bookings from outside the UK must be paid in full, before your place is confirmed. Overseas bookings may only be made by telephone: (+44) 20 8133 0157.

Delegates using a discount code relating to membership of a professional body (eg. Institute of Fundraising) must be an individual or corporate member of that body. Membership lists will be cross checked, and any non-members will have their discount removed and be invoiced appropriately.

Delegates' details will ONLY be shared among official conference partners. We will not pass your details to non-partners.

Booking for CHARITY COMMUNICATIONS '08 indicates acceptance of our booking conditions.
