I am going for an interview for a charity job but I am confused about what to wear. Is a "power suit" appropriate? It’s true that lots of non-profit organisations do have a more casual dress code than many companies, with some staff even wearing jeans and t-shirts to work. You still want to make a good impression at the interview though, so it’s a good idea to look smart, although you don’t necessarily have to go overboard with the "corporate look". Wear something that looks smart but that you feel comfortable in and reflects your personality and you will make a really positive impression.
